Susan and Daniel at Borthwick castle

Last week saw the wedding of Susan and Daniel at Borthwick Castle in Edinburgh. A fantastic couple whose interest in photograph led to a day full of opportunities. The time taken on the photographs meant I was able to get many fantastic shots all through the day. Difficult to choose just a few to show now ....

Fiona and Tims wedding at Bunchrew House

Fiona and Tim were married at the end of May at Bunchrew House Hotel which is a great wedding venue on the shore of Loch Ness. The weather was fantastic which meant the ceremony could be held outside on the lawn. Photographs were taken around the hotel after the ceremony and it was easy to capture gorgeous images of Tim and Fiona who were obviously so happy on their wedding day. Laura and Brians Wedding

Laura and Brian married at the end of May at Inverness cathedral with a reception afterwards at The Newton Hotel in Nairn
Laura looked absolutely stunning as you can from the photographs, the ceremony was lovely and even the rain cleared to make way for lots of sunshine when Laura and brian arrived at the Newton hotel. All in all a lovely day and a pleasure to photograph the wedding.

Assynt House model shoot

Met up with fellow photographers Lynne Kennedy and Matt Wagster yesterday for a shoot at the stunning Assynt House in Evanton. Tucked away in the countryside near Evanton
Assynt house is a gorgeous venue for a wedding. There is a very individual and luxurious feel to the way the rooms are decorated and its definitely a venue I would recommend for a wedding.
The lovely Emma modelled for us and did a fantastic job. Heres the best of the images from the day......

Donna and Daves wedding at Spynie Palace.....a preview

A good friend of my married last saturday at Spynie palace near Lossiemouth and whilst still editing, I wanted to put up a small selction of images so that Donna and Dave can have a sneak preview before going off to Turkey on honeymoon.

A very beautiful and emotional wedding ( although I am slightly biased ) with so much energy put into all the small details. I will post again about Donnas very unique businees Pebbletree that she owns and also on the various wedding suppliers who all did a great job on the day. For now heres some photographs .....

Ailsa and Seimons wedding at The Torridon

Last week saw a beautiful wedding at The torridon hotel. The weather was exceptional and meant everyone could take full advatage of the amazing location of The Torridon . The hotel stands close to the shore of Loch Torridon and at the foot of the Torridon mountains. Ailsa and Seimon took some time to go out to a viewpoint for some photography which meant I was able to capture the two of them with the mountains behind them.
